ency Consulting LLP is the company that has developed and owns the product DriveEZ. For the purposes of this disclaimer and all related communications, “ency Consulting LLP”, “the Company”, and “DriveEZ” may be used interchangeably to refer to the same business entity and its associated product and services.

2. General Information

DriveEZ is a technology-based SaaS and digital platform that provides access to third-party promotional offers, referral links, and informational content across categories including e-commerce, electronics, education, and financial services.

DriveEZ does not provide banking, investment, financial advisory, brokerage, insurance, or lending services of any kind, and is not a registered intermediary with SEBI, the RBI, or IRDAI.

These may include platforms such as Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopsy, Meesho, Croma, Reliance Digital, Pepperfry, Groww, Upstox, Jupiter, Navi, Pocketly, Adda247, and other similar partners.

All links redirect users to external websites or applications that are independently owned and operated.

DriveEZ has no control over the third party’s:

• Registration or onboarding processes;
• KYC or verification requirements;
• Product pricing, offers, or availability;
• Financial, transactional, or investment decisions; or
• Data handling or privacy practices.

4. Affiliate & Referral Disclosure

DriveEZ participates in affiliate marketing, referral, or performance-based partnerships with third-party brands.

This is a paid commercial relationship: when users click certain links and complete qualifying actions such as registration, verification, or a transaction on an external platform, ency Consulting LLP may earn a commission, referral fee, or revenue share from the respective partner.

These commissions do not affect:

• The price paid by users.

5. No Guarantee of Offers

All offers, discounts, cashbacks, and coupon values are provided, funded, and honoured by the respective third-party partners, not by DriveEZ.

Any aggregate or illustrative figure (for example, total indicative savings) is a maximum potential value and is not a promise of benefit actually receivable. Actual benefit may be lower or nil.

DriveEZ does not guarantee the availability, value, accuracy, or honouring of any third-party offer.

6. Financial, Investment & Credit Offers

Where offers relate to investment, trading, lending, credit, or other financial products, DriveEZ acts only as a referral channel and not as an adviser, broker, distributor, or lending service provider.

Nothing on DriveEZ is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, or a solicitation to invest, trade, or borrow. Users must assess suitability independently and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

All onboarding, KYC, risk assessment, approval, pricing, and servicing of any financial product are carried out solely by the third-party provider under their own regulatory licences.

7. Eligibility & Minors

Offers (particularly financial, credit, or transactional offers) are intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to contract.

DriveEZ does not knowingly direct promotional or affiliate offers to children and does not undertake behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Where a user is below 18, use of DriveEZ and any engagement with offers must be undertaken only with verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. Some offers may not be available to minors.

8. User Responsibility

• All registrations, verifications, and transactions occur directly between the user and the third-party provider;
• DriveEZ is not responsible for any losses, damages, disputes, or outcomes arising from such interactions; and

9. Data & Privacy

ency Consulting LLP does not sell, share, or transfer the personal data stored in DriveEZ to any brand or third-party platform under this programme. Offers are presented as referral links carrying a referral code; the user chooses whether to engage.

Any data a user provides on an external website or application is collected and governed solely by that third party’s own privacy policy.

DriveEZ does not collect, store, sell, or process any financial information, banking credentials, or KYC data relating to third-party platforms.

DriveEZ processes a user’s personal data only as described in the DriveEZ Privacy Policy, on the basis of consent and for the stated purposes, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law.
